I'm Eliot Hawkins, founder of EH Home Finance and an independent mortgage adviser based in Leicester. Having spent several years helping people buy and sell homes as an estate agent, I've seen first-hand that securing the right mortgage is just as important as finding the right property.
I started EH Home Finance because I believed the mortgage industry had lost sight of what matters: the person behind the application. Every family, every investor, every first-time buyer has a unique story, and that story deserves to be heard before a single product is recommended.
For me, it's never just about arranging a mortgage. It's about helping you make confident decisions and making what can feel like a complex process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
